The Police Benevolent Association of New York State (PBA of New York State) has announced its support for Ballot Proposal #3 on the New York state ballot this election day. If approved the Forest Preserve Land Bank Amendment will create a land bank, which will allow local governments to request Forest Preserve land for qualifying projects in exchange for the state adding 250 new acres to the Forest Preserve.
