Officer Lacosse started his career at UAlbany in October 2003 and graduated the Zone 5 Regional Law Enforcement Training Academy in June 2004.  He currently is assigned to day shift and is in charge of the firearms training unit.  Until the recent election, Officer Lacosse held the title of local PBA delegate at UAlbany since 2014.  In that time he acquired essential labor/management and negotiation experience that will prove useful in the coming years.
