Lt. McCartney has been with the SUNY Police Department for 22 years. Prior to joining SUNY in 1999, Lt. McCartney was a Deputy Sherriff in Savanna Georgia. In 1996 he worked the Summer Olympics in Atlanta. In 2015 he became a Lieutenant and is currently supervising UPO's at SUNY Morrisville.
