Thank You for Making Our Inaugural Tournament a Success!
The PBA of New York State’s 1st Annual Family Assistance Fund Golf Tournament was a tremendous success, bringing together PBA members, law enforcement professionals, businesses, community partners and supporters from across New York for a day of golf, camaraderie and support for an important cause.
Held Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at Top of the World Golf Resort in Lake George, the inaugural tournament welcomed 100 golfers and generated over $23,000 in net proceeds for the PBA of New York State Family Assistance Fund.
For our first year, the response exceeded what we could have hoped for. With more than 30 tournament sponsors and 52 raffle prizes donated by businesses, organizations and supporters from across New York, the event demonstrated the strength of the community that stands behind our members and their families.
About the Family Assistance Fund
The Family Assistance Fund exists to provide financial assistance and support to members of the Police Benevolent Association of New York State and their families during times of hardship, illness, injury, line-of-duty incidents, family emergencies and other unforeseen circumstances.
The Fund is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to ensuring that PBA of NYS members and their families have somewhere to turn when unexpected circumstances create financial hardship.
