New York State Park Police Rescue

Congratulations to New York State Park Police Officers Darryl Borkenhagen and Christopher Gerlach, as well as Lieutenant Clyde Doty, who rescued a woman after receiving reports that she was in the water and clinging to a rock in the lower Niagara River on Friday, November 9th. The officers were assisted by several area agencies, including the Erie County Sheriffs aviation unit. You can read more in the Buffalo News article here.
