As we previously reported, our hearts go out to the family of New York State Trooper Christopher Skinner. He was killed Thursday when he was struck by a vehicle during a traffic stop in Broome County.
Trooper Christopher Skinner, 42, of Binghamton was a 13-year veteran assigned to Troop C.
He is survived by his fiancée and two children.
According to State Police, calling hours will be 3 to 8 p.m. Monday at Community Baptist Church, 743 Chenango St., Port Dickinson.
The funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church, 1321 Reynolds Road, Johnson City.

Calling hours for Officer Smith will be held at the William Chase Funeral Home on Chenango Street in Port Dickinson on Thursday, April 3 from 4-7 p.m.
The funeral service will take place at the Sarah Jane Johnson Memorial United Methodist Church on Main Street in Johnson City on Friday, April 4 at 11 a.m.
Officer Smith is to be buried at the Chenango Valley Cemetery. The service at the cemetery will be reserved for family and friends.
