Lawsuit says SUNY Brockport police chief can’t double-dip

Featured in the Democrat and Chronicle on Friday, June 10, 2016 is a piece regarding the lawsuit filed by the PBA in state Supreme Court that says the state, SUNY and its trustees as well as The College at Brockport violated state law by allowing Edward Giblin to continue to get his state pension when he was named the college's police chief earlier this year.
